Completely optional. The system is yours whether you take this or not.
If you want someone to keep an eye on things, the care plan covers small changes (prices, services, photos), checking the site is up and loading fast, keeping your Google listing accurate, and a monthly message telling you how many enquiries came in.
You can cancel any month. There is no contract period and nothing stops working if you stop paying — you simply stop getting changes made for you.
What the care plan is not
It is not a licence fee, and it is not rent. Some agencies build you a website and then hold it hostage — stop paying and it disappears.
We do not do that. When we hand over, the system belongs to you, the hosting account is in your name, and you keep the files. If you leave us, you leave with everything.
How payment works

Half to start
50% of the agreed price before work begins, by M-Pesa. You get a receipt and a written agreement stating exactly what we are building and by when.

You check the work
We show you the finished system and you tell us what needs adjusting. Changes within what we agreed are included — you are not charged for us getting it right.

Half on handover
The remaining 50% when you are satisfied and the system is live. Then it is handed over to you with training and a written guide.
Payment by M-Pesa. A receipt is issued for every payment. Prices shown do not include VAT — Kazira is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
