Six steps, and you can stop after any of them
The first two cost you nothing. You only commit money once you have a written price and know exactly what you are getting.
-
We talk — free, about twenty minutes
On WhatsApp, on a call, or in person if you are in Nairobi. We ask how enquiries reach you, how you work out a price, how a job gets scheduled, and how you know who has paid. You do most of the talking.
What you get: an honest opinion on where your time is going — even if that opinion is that you do not need a system yet.
-
We send a written quotation — free
Within two working days you get a document listing exactly what we would build, what it costs, how long it takes, and what is not included. No vague wording that can be stretched later.
What you get: a fixed price you can compare against anyone else, with no obligation to proceed.
-
You decide, and we agree it in writing
If you want to go ahead, we sign a short service agreement — one page, plain language, covering what is being built, when, for how much, and what happens if either side wants to stop. You pay 50% by M-Pesa to start.
What you get: a receipt and a written commitment to a delivery date.
-
We build, and you watch it happen
You get a private link to the work in progress and a short update every few days. You can look at any time — you are not waiting in silence for three weeks wondering whether anything is happening.
What you get: no surprises at the end, because you have seen it all along.
-
You review it and we fix what is wrong
You go through everything properly and list what needs changing. Corrections and adjustments within what we agreed are included — you are never charged extra for us getting something right.
What you get: a system that matches how your company actually works, not how we assumed it does.
-
Handover, training and the final payment
We put it live, move the accounts into your name, and sit down with you to show you how to use it. You get a short written guide in plain language. The remaining 50% is paid once you are satisfied.
What you get: full ownership. The accounts are yours, the files are yours, and you can take them elsewhere any time.
What we expect from you
Projects go wrong for predictable reasons. These three are nearly always it.
Your real prices
We need your actual rate card — what you charge for a three-bedroom deep clean, what a monthly office contract costs. Guessed prices make a quotation generator useless.
A reply within a day or two
When we ask a question, the project stops until you answer. The most common reason a two-week build takes two months is waiting for one piece of information.
One person who decides
If three people give three different opinions on every screen, nothing gets finished. Pick who has the final say before we start.
Fair questions about this process
What if I do not like what you build?
You review it before the second payment, and corrections within the agreed scope are included. If we have genuinely failed to build what the agreement describes, you do not pay the balance.
What is not included is changing your mind about what the project is — deciding halfway through that you also want a staff payroll system, for example. That is a new quotation, not a correction.
How long does it really take?
A starter website is about 7 days. Website plus booking is about 14. The complete operations package is about 21. Those are working estimates from when we have your content and prices, not from the day you first message us.
The honest variable is how quickly you reply. We have no control over that, so the written quotation states the delivery date assuming replies within two working days.
Do I have to keep paying you monthly?
No. The care plan is entirely optional and you can cancel it any month. Nothing stops working if you do not take it — you just make changes yourself, or ask us for a one-off fee.
What happens if you disappear?
A fair question to ask a new business. This is why we put the hosting and domain accounts in your name rather than ours, and hand you the files at the end. If Kazira stopped existing tomorrow, your system keeps running and any other developer can pick it up.
Step one costs nothing
Start with the conversation. If it goes nowhere, you have lost twenty minutes.
