Kazira is a Nairobi studio that builds digital systems for cleaning companies. Not for everyone. Just for cleaning companies.
Why only cleaning companies?
Because a cleaning business has a particular shape, and general software does not fit it.
You quote after seeing the property, not before. You run recurring contracts and one-off deep cleans at the same time, and they need handling differently. Your staff move between sites during the day. Your invoices often go to a landlord or an office manager rather than the person who watched the work being done. And almost all of it is currently coordinated on WhatsApp.
A general booking tool built for salons or clinics does not understand any of that. So most cleaning companies try one, find it awkward, and go back to the notebook. We would rather build the thing that actually fits.
What we are, honestly
Kazira started in 2026. We are looking for our first clients, which means a few things worth saying plainly:

No client list. No testimonials. No awards, certifications or partnerships. No years of trading history. We are not going to invent any of those, and you should be suspicious of a new business that has them.

Five complete, working systems built specifically for this industry, which you can open and use right now. Fixed prices in writing. And the time to pay proper attention to early clients.
How we think about the work
The system belongs to you
When we hand over, the hosting account is in your name, the files are yours, and you can take them to any other developer. We do not hold your website hostage to keep you paying a monthly fee. If you leave, you leave with everything.
We will tell you if you do not need us
If you handle four jobs a week and they all come from one WhatsApp group that works fine, a dashboard will not help you. We would rather say that and keep your number for later than sell you something that sits unused.
Phones first, always
Your customers are on phones. Your supervisors are on phones, often outdoors in bright sun, often on limited data. Everything we build is designed for that first and a laptop second — which is the opposite of how most websites in Kenya are built.
Plain language, no jargon
You will not get a proposal full of words designed to make the work sound more complicated than it is. If we cannot explain what we are building in a sentence you would use yourself, we do not understand it well enough.
Where we work
Based in Nairobi, working with cleaning companies anywhere in Kenya. Because the work is digital, being in Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru or Eldoret makes no difference to what we can build or how quickly. Meetings happen on WhatsApp or by call.
A note on data
Your customers’ names, phone numbers and addresses are sensitive, and Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019 takes that seriously. We build systems that collect only what is genuinely needed to do the job, and we will tell you plainly what is stored and where. We do not sell, share or reuse your data, and we do not put customer information anywhere it does not need to be. You can read our privacy approach for the detail.
