Things people ask before booking
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many customers leave a key with a watchman or neighbour. We send a message when the team arrives and another when they finish, with photos if you want them.
Do you bring your own equipment and detergents?
Yes, everything is included in the price. If you prefer we use your own products because of allergies or a particular surface, just tell us when booking.
What if something gets broken?
We tell you immediately and replace or repair it. Our staff are covered, and we have never refused a legitimate claim.
Can I get the same cleaner every time?
For regular bookings, yes, wherever the schedule allows. Most customers prefer it and so do we — a cleaner who knows your home works faster.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three days for a standard clean, about a week for deep cleans and post-construction. We can sometimes do same-day — call and ask.
What if I am not satisfied?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo the areas concerned at no cost. If you are still unhappy after that, you do not pay.
